JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Analysis & Product Ownership
• Work closely with business units to collect, clarify, analyze, and evaluate business requests; identify root causes and translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Build and manage BRD/URD, user flows, data mapping, and acceptance criteria for Martech
feature development.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to ensure business requirements are
implemented accurately and delivered on time.
• Participate in system design discussions to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and
aligned with business strategy.
CMP Operations & Martech Execution
• Configure, operate, and optimize marketing automation journeys on CMP across multiple
channels (App Push, App Popup, Email, SMS, ZNS, Web Push...).
• Build end-to-end campaign logic, segmentation rules, and dynamic personalization based on behavioral, demographic, or transactional data.
• Collaborate with CMS, CDP, DMP, and other Martech tools to ensure seamless data
integration and audience syncing.
Testing, Deployment & Quality Assurance
• Conduct UAT, pilot testing, scenario validation, and ensure campaign logic/data flow works
properly before launch.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor campaign performance and resolve technical or
business issues.Performance Optimization & Insights
• Analyze campaign data, customer behavior, and funnel metrics to propose improvements for CTR, CVR/CR, retention, reactivation, and overall marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to design A/B tests, experimentation models, and continuous optimization frameworks.
• Provide consulting on digital marketing strategies based on system capabilities and customer insights.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Digital Marketing,
Martech, or similar roles.
• Strong expertise in operating or integrating platforms such as CMP, CMS, CDP, DMP, or other
Martech tools.
• Solid understanding of CMP architecture, including event flows, data pipelines,
segmentation logic, message orchestration, and campaign governance.
• Experience with digital channels: Google, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, and ad
delivery/measurement frameworks.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Appsflyer, Adjust) to interpret data and optimize
performance.
